These are starting-point terms for MTGContent and are not legal advice. Bracketed items (legal entity, governing law, contact address) still need to be finalized.
By accessing or using MTGContent (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MTGContent is a Magic: The Gathering content hub providing metagame data, decklists, tournament results, creator and stream directories, event listings, and related resources. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scraping or overloading it, infringing others’ rights, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Magic: The Gathering and all related names, marks, and card content are property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. MTGContent is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards Fan Content Policy and is not approved or endorsed by Wizards. Metagame, decklist, card, and pricing data are provided by third parties credited on our Acknowledgements page and remain the property of their respective owners.
The Service contains affiliate links. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
The Service embeds and links to third-party services (such as Twitch, YouTube, Scryfall, and card retailers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, including metagame, decklist, pricing, event, or tournament information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTGContent and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
